Chiang Lai Meng Managing Director
Lai Meng started his career with Housing & Development Board (HDB) in 1980. The HDB properties under his charge were public housing and mixed-use complexes at Rochor Road, Selegie Road, Short Street, Albert Street and Victoria Street.
He left for the private sector in 1985 and joined Chesterton Lim & Oh. He took charge of the building operations of Orchard Towers.
In 1991, he joined Pidemco Land as a Centre Manager. He was in-charge of the property management of Blanco Court in North Bridge Road and SMA Centre in Orchard Road.
As Wing Tai Property Management Pte Ltd offered him an opportunity to do a start-up operation, he joined them in 1992. He was overall in-charge of the operations of all commercial properties belonging to Wing Tai Group.
In 1995, he spearheaded the steering committee to achieve the ISO 9001 certification for project management and property services. He was their management representative for ISO 9000 certification by Building and Construction Authority from 1997 till 2014.
In 1997, he was promoted to head the Property Department and overall in-charge of the operations of investment and development properties. Under the development properties portfolio, he overseen the handing over of newly completed units to the purchasers and the defects rectification management as well as managing the properties until the 1st Annual General Meeting of Management Corporations.
He also headed the property administration portfolio, which include matters pertaining to housing developers’ licences, qualifying certificates, land titles and strata titles, property taxes, the sales & purchase agreements, development names, house numbers and unit numbering.
In April 2014, he left Wing Tai to set up C J Harrington Asset Management Pte Ltd.
Angeline Ang Executive Director (Strata & Facilities Management)
Angeline holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) from National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma in Building Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
In her early work experience, she has served as a Senior Manager and Fire Safety Manager from 2000 to 2010 to set up and oversee the formation of Integrated Management focusing on facility and integrated management, secured initial projects with JTC to manage their vacant lands in Jurong Island, project value of $0.5million and also secured project with Powergrid to manage their substations and district offices (Central) with project value of $5 million, amongst others.
She has also served as a Senior Manager (Property Development) with a Mainboard public listed company- OKH Holdings Pte Ltd from 2014 to 2017 for their development, sales &marketing, and facility management of the Group’s real estate portfolio exceeding $400M which includes industrial buildings, office building and workers’ dormitory.
She has over 25 years of experience in real estate related segments including facility & property management, planning and design, marketing and sales, project management, cost and quality management and she also provide management consultancy services to other enterprises.
Julian Yeap Finance Director
Julian began his career in 2007 with Deloitte Malaysia as an audit associate. From 2010 to 2013, he was an audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP in Singapore, where he was involved in the auditing work of large proprietary and listed organisations and his role includes leading audit teams, preparing and reviewing audit plans and work. His portfolio involves clients from various industries such as property developer, construction, manufacturing, trading, information technology, medical care facilities, logistics and F&B.
He subsequently served as a Finance Manager in OKH Global Ltd, a SGX Listed property developer with integrated construction services from 2013 till 2017. He assists the Chief Financial Officer to oversee the overall financial operations of the Group as well as corporate secretarial matters. In addition, Mr. Yeap also manages the financial policies, processes, systems and personnel to ensure the Group’s compliance and adherence to the regulatory and financial guidelines applicable. He also oversees the financial and accounting services division of the Company as well as the overall financial operation of the Company. The financial and accounting division serves clients from various industries includes construction, property management, facilities management as well as car park management.
After which, he served as a Finance Director in a new startup company involved in aqua culture activities, international and local trading of food products. He designs and implements the company policies, processes, systems in terms of finance, accounting, human resource and operations.
Mr. Yeap graduated from the University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons) Accounting in 2006.
